Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ schedules while ensuring our team can provide the best service possible.
Appointment Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the service cost.
Rescheduling: We encourage clients to reschedule as early as possible to secure a new appointment time.
